Swinging for the Future: 13 Years of Impact at Bear Mountain

We returned to the beautiful greens at Bear Mountain Golf Course for another unforgettable day, and thanks to this incredible community, the 13th Annual SportAssist Golf Tournament was our most successful event yet! Every single year the energy grows, the swings get a little cleaner, and most importantly, our community steps up to raise even more for local youth.

On behalf of the entire SportAssist Board of Directors, we want to extend our heartfelt gratitude to every golfer who stepped onto the tee, every volunteer who kept the day running smoothly, and every sponsor whose generosity made this day possible. You are the heart and soul of this mission.

While the golf was fantastic, the true triumph happens off the course. Because of your generous support, SportAssist can continue breaking down financial barriers for children in our community.

For many kids, playing organized sports feels like a distant dream—something just out of reach due to registration fees, equipment costs, or travel expenses. Thanks to what we raised together at Bear Mountain:

• Young athletes will get to put on their very first team jersey.
• Kids will discover the confidence, discipline, and lifelong friendships that come from team sports.
• Doors will open for children who never thought sports were an obtainable goal.

Every putt sank and every ticket bought translates directly into a child stepping onto a field, rink, or court with confidence.
